We have no idea if the blow dryer is actually releasing negative ions... It seems like a pretty hard aspect to measure. However, we can say we have never had any issues with frizz. However, static is something that we have to deal with.

Contrary to what they state on the website, we don't find this pet dryer to be an extremely fast-drying option. It still takes a good amount of time to dry our dog's coat. However, we are always pleased with the result.

From our experience, this pet dryer is just as loud as any other blow dryer. I would not buy this if you are banking on it being a quiet blow dryer. That's not really a big problem for us because Harry is not bothered by the noise. If your dog is disturbed by the noise, this may not be a good solution for you. However, if you have found any quiet pet dryers (if they even exist), please let us know!

Easy to Use
